Daily Rates

Daily and Weekly Rates are based on double occupancy and include Utilities, and Basic WIFI.

Monthly Rate includes Basic WIFI, and Utilities are an additional cost.

Additional people over the age of 5 are $3.00 per night.
Tax & Card fee added to applicable rates upon arrival.
We have a NO REFUNDS policy on all stays, including Monthly’s.

✦ We accommodate Van-dwellers at the same rates and offer specials for Monthly Guests, call for details!

Cancellations & Refunds

To keep things simple, we do not take a reservation deposit for Daily & Weekly guests. We do ask that our Patrons please advise us by calling in, or texting, as soon as your plans change so that we may accommodate others.
